Emergency requests
For requests that require urgent attention, especially during after-hours, please call FIXIT at 617-253-1500 and ask for “Unit 12”. Temperature issues, flooding in kitchen or bathroom, or lack of electricity probably qualify for this.
Non-emergency requests
Routine maintenance requests, such as broken and malfunctioning equipment, can be reported using Atlas. When you log into Atlas, a request can be filed under Service Requests.
You can also file requests using a much simpler and less time consuming Google form. The 70 Amherst Board will file a ticket using Atlas on your behalf and will CC you so that you are informed about the status of your service request. 🙂
