Each resident has a dedicated mailbox that can be accessed with their room key. The resident’s room number is their mailbox number. These mailboxes are located behind the front desk area and contain postal mail. Courier deliveries and larger packages are held by the front desk staff and can be picked up during operational hours. If you notice that your mailbox lock is broken and needs to be fixed, please file a ticket on Atlas or fill out our less time consuming Google Form which can be accessed from Repair Requests.
